I noted a few blogs ago that I would not really discuss beetle farming any more. However, I have to make note about this morning. I didn’t think I’d even be able to secure enough bells to pay off my house loan, but man, the rare ones were coming out all morning long!
I returned home in the morning a very happy camper (as you might note by my haul for the day, the bell bags scattered all over my floor)
I went and visited town hall where Isabelle told me we’d be having a ceremony for the wind turbine project. It looks great!
As for my next project, I was torn between many choices. I almost went with the face-cutout standee but decided against it as I’m not ready to sit down and design one of those yet.
Instead, I chose the park clock project, and decided to locate it near my train station
I swung by the Orchards to catch up on the fruit growing process. To my surprise, all of my fruit had grown back since Brandon’s visit. If you take a look in the picture, you can glimpse every single fruit (minus coconut and banana, beach fruits) in the game
I went to the Museum 2nd Floor to see what was new there. I found a silver rod in the shop due to a commemoration of 30 donated fish species to the museum!
Pretty happy about my find, I visited Nook’s Homes to check in on my HHA score. I was shocked to find that my score had skyrocketed since I completed my Rococo series in one of the rooms of my house…
Lyle told me gifts would arrive in the mail. I headed over to the Able Sisters to find a royal crown, an item that is unfortunately far too expensive for me to buy at this time.. 😦
Nevertheless, I kept on my shopping spree. I headed over to the Nookling’s to get my Nintendo fortunes of the day. The first one contained a Blue Falcon, with the fortune quoting Captain Falcon. The second one gave me a copy of the Yoshi’s Egg, once again going to charity lol.
I gathered all of my money and paid off the funding for the park clock…
I then made a trip back home and took a snapshot of my complete Rococo series room. Apparently a full set of items brings in major HHA points, so I’ll have to look into completing my other series…
I then took on the daunting task of paying my 498,000 bell home loan (paying loans isn’t cheap)…
On the way back through my village, I saw Pete was out delivering letters. He doesn’t give you anything, but I always think it’s cool to see him when he’s out and about.
I then found out that you can open exhibit rooms on the Museum 2nd floor. This would prove the perfect opportunity to house all of my Nintendo items somewhere other than my basement…
So I created a poster for my exhibit with an 8-bit Link pattern that I made (QR code will be available on the website, http://animalcrossingnewleaf.moonfruit.com).
And started a new project I simply called Nintendo Exhibit (creative, I know)
Hopefully it will begin to blossom with new Nintendo items. That completed my day!
- STILL no word on Dr. Shrunk
- Round up rest of June fish & bugs
- Probably not gonna be able to pay off my loan…
- But maybe able to start and complete another public works project! We shall see 🙂
